Sheila Henderson, a native of Renton (WA), joined her husband Sean’s real estate business in early 2016 to provide marketing and operations expertise for him and his clients. In early 2017 she became a REALTOR® in the states of WA and Arizona. She has received the Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) certification to better serve their more “mature” clientele. She left the WA business in 2022 to focus solely on their clients in Tucson and Phoenix metro areas. And her husband Sean has recently retired after 20 years in the business.
Sheila comes with 28 years of experience at Microsoft Corporation in the areas of Customer Service & Support and Marketing & Operations. While leading teams of people and a $33M budget across the globe, she focused on driving large increases in customer and employee satisfaction.
Throughout her career with Microsoft, Sheila took roles where the primary focus was on customer satisfaction. She brings this passion to her role working on behalf of Henderson Real Estate VIPs clients.
Her other passion is her family which includes their two sons (now grown; 1 in WA who is married and the other who lives in Tucson) and her 2yr old grand daughter. She enjoys reading, traveling, hiking and a great glass of wine on the patio with friends.
