Home staging prepares your home’s appearance, inside and out, to present it in the best light to the largest audience of buyers. I’ll schedule a walk through of your home prior to listing to stage it. This may require you to move or remove items from spaces. From there I’ll have professional photographs of your home taken, a virtual tour created (as needed) and if the home is vacant I work with vendors to create virtual staging to show potential buyers how the room(s) can be best laid out; all at no additional cost to you.
